dzbot UI License

Short version: build your dzbot Pro community's site with it, nothing else, and don't pass it on as a library.

This license covers the package @dzbot/ui (the "Software"): its source code, compiled code, styles, design tokens and documentation. The Software is source-available. It is not open source and not a free component library.

1. Who may use it

You may use the Software only while you, or the organization you build for, hold an active dzbot Pro subscription (the "Subscription") for at least one server on dzbot.

2. What you may use it for

You may use, copy and modify the Software only to build, run and maintain applications (websites, web apps and similar) that are built for the organization holding the Subscription and that work with dzbot: they use the dzbot API or one of the dzbot SDKs, or they link to that organization's servers on dzbot. You may ship the Software as part of such an application, including in compiled or bundled form.

3. What you may not do

You may not use the Software, in whole or in part, for any other product, service or application; redistribute, sell, sublicense or republish the Software on its own, or as (or as part of) a component library, design system, UI kit, theme or template, whether modified or not; or remove or alter the license or the copyright notice.

4. End of the right to use

Your right to use the Software ends when the Subscription ends. Applications already deployed at that time may keep using the Software for 30 days; within those 30 days you must remove the Software from them or take them offline. Your right also ends if you break this license.

5. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the copyright holder is not liable for any damages arising from the Software or its use. Liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health) remains unaffected.

7. Terms of service

The dzbot terms of service apply in addition to this license. Where they conflict on the use of the Software, this license prevails.

8. Fonts

The Software refers to the fonts Bebas Neue, Barlow, Barlow Condensed and JetBrains Mono, loaded from Google Fonts. The fonts are not part of the Software and keep their own licenses (SIL Open Font License 1.1).
